Every product purchased from Doni Electronics comes with comprehensive warranty coverage backed by our official terms.
Years
The first 2 years are fully covered at no cost. For years 3–5, you only pay for replaced parts and maintenance — service labor stays free.
Report any defect within 24 hours of discovery. You must show proof that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
We cover all transport, travel, labor and material costs during the warranty period when conditions are met.
For large appliances call 049 450 111 or 049 832 833. Repairs are carried out at the installation site when possible.
€40 if the appliance is found working correctly. €50 if the issue is due to improper maintenance or negligence.
The warranty becomes invalid in any of the following cases:
Product damaged by failure to follow the usage instructions
Damage caused by negligence with water or moisture
Product exposed to heat, corrosion, dust, smoke, vibrations, insects or extreme environmental conditions
Damage from voltage surges, generators, lightning, earthquakes, floods or natural disasters
Metal, glass, plastic or rubber parts damaged by improper use, excessive pressure or physical impact
Product repaired by a person or service not authorised by Doni Electronics
Original proof of purchase (invoice from Doni Electronics) is not presented
Product used for commercial purposes (restaurants, hotels, cafes, dry cleaners, salons, schools, businesses)
Products cannot be returned after purchase. Please inspect your product carefully at the time of delivery.
After the warranty period expires we can still provide paid maintenance and repair services as needed.
Free delivery within Kosovo for all orders
Delivery to ground floor (0) only — we do not carry products to upper or lower floors
Outside Kosovo: delivery cost varies depending on the destination
